Shipping policy

At María La Madrid, we take care to ensure your order is processed and delivered in a timely and secure manner.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be slightly delayed. In such cases, we will notify you by email. 

We are only accepting order in Dominican Republic (Domestic) at this time.
